They did an excellent job in putting it together, lasting one week. The dry cleaning had to be done else where and so therefore it took another week for this to be done, which was a bit of pain as there was no flexibility on the length for this to be done. On the other hand the dry cleaning was done to a satisfactorily level as he informed me of what could be done and the likely outcomes.

The garment didn't smell fresh either. I was given excuses that there solvent was odourless, and asked to return another day, which I agreed. Upon my second visit to collect my garment, the same musty smell was still present, and the fluff had not been removed. I was asked to come back a third time, at which point I refused, as it was clear that this company were incompetent. After letting the manager know that I was not happy about being messed about, and offering to pay half of the price ( for work not carried out) I was sworn at by the manager. I will Never use whitehouse again, nor will I recommend them to any body else.

They have always been polite, friendly, and helpful, taking on suggestions for specific folding requirements, and open to price negotiations for regular business. Has 5 different settings (shown in picture below). Dryer is large and has 4 different heat settings--1£ gets you 8 minutes. I used it for 28min on the medium setting for a small load. There are racks towards the back. I believe the owners were there and were very friendly and helpful! Last wash is at 4:45.

He messed up a pair of jeans using some unknown chemical on…read morethe jeans which caused it to stain. he deliberately tried to hide the stain by wrapping it in a non see through bag. He had the audacity to charge me for destroying my jeans knowing what he had done. has he not left me waiting for almost an hour to collect the jeans whilst he found a non see through bag I might have been more forgiving.
