The dry cleaning had to be done else where and so therefore it took another week for this to be done, which was a bit of pain as there was no flexibility on the length for this to be done. I was asked to come back a third time, at which point I refused, as it was clear that this company were incompetent. After letting the manager know that I was not happy about being messed about, and offering to pay half of the price ( for work not carried out) I was sworn at by the manager. I will Never use whitehouse again, nor will I recommend them to any body else.
