I didn't get the apartment (found out the next day) and I was told my deposit cheque would be mailed back to me. I never got it and waited over 3 weeks. She wrote me a cheque for the money in early July and when I deposited it, it came back NSF July 31. She then apologized and said she would wire me the money on August 3 and did not do that. Now she is ignoring all phone calls and emails. She didn't get me the apartment, has essentially stolen my money and wrote me a bounced check in repayment. Do not use this agent or her company Brookline REG.

Once I got in the area, she took time out of her busy schedule to show me around the neighborhoods of Somerville, Brighton, Arlington, Watertown, Belmont.
