Don't know about the Burlington office, but the Martha's Vineyard office is great. Only if you use Roy Cutrer as your rep.

Rich Rosa was fantastic. My wife and I were searching for a north-of-Boston home while living on…read morethe West Coast and Rich made the process SO much easier. 1) Great communicator with excellent attention to detail 2) Great at anticipating questions and getting you in touch with good professionals for different parts of process (home inspectors, RE lawyers etc) and helping you find a good one. 3) Great at raising questions that a home listing won't tell you (what is the home near/not near? busy street?) 4) He's not just firing his own ideas at you, he listens and works with what YOU want. If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

I had a rather disheartening experience During the open house and in conversations over the phone…read morewith my realtor, it was made explicitly clear that the bids were being reviewes on a specific date. My realtor and I took this information seriously and invested considerable time and effort into preparing our bid, ensuring that it was competitive and reflective of our genuine interest in the property. To my shock and disappointment, on the day before the anticipated bidding process (Monday), we were informed that an offer had already been accepted. While I understand that this may be within the boundaries of the law, I find it difficult to reconcile this with ethical principles. It seems unfair to those of us who attended the open house, did our due diligence, and dedicated our time and resources to prepare bids, only to discover that the property was sold before the advertised bidding day. What is particularly vexing is the fact that the offer that was accepted earlier was for a lesser amount than the one we intended to submit. This development raises questions not only about the integrity of the process but also about the fiduciary responsibility to the client, as well as the commitment to ensuring fairness for all potential buyers. I believe that the events surrounding this open house have not only been detrimental to the potential buyers but also may have compromised the client's interests. The lack of transparency and the perception of favoritism ultimately reflect poorly on the reputation as a realtor. If I were selling my house, I would not use this realtor as I don't feel that she had the best offer for her client. Her "changing the rules" after so many were interested in this house make me question her morality.
