Seth and his company worked with me, took time out of their personal schedules to help me and went far above and beyond what a normal company does. What I was impressed with most was their integrity, and it was obvious that they care more about people than they do about the bottom line. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs drain work. I contacted these guys to clear the drain on an old house I just bought. The technician, Devon, was efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to call his boss when things got a little complicated. I really respected that. Seth, the owner showed up promptly in between the two of them, they figured out what was going on. The price they charge me was what they quoted me on the phone, and although I chose not to have them do further services at this time, I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

The family seems very friendly. I asked for a free quote. I got the quote the next day. I…read morereceived a bill of $160 for a permit! I didn't agree to having my roof replaced and already they pulled a permit! That was unfair. Jimmerson Roofing lost all my respect and business. My neighbor had them reroof their home a couple months later and noticed they use... "cheap labor" to do the roofing and they didn't hesitate to throw the old shingles into my yard! I had to ask them to pick it up. This was infuriating! I have since hired a more reputable roofing company that has integrity and values their customers.

Update: Nick, their lead technician, did a thorough…read moreinspection of the vent pipe that is disconnected from the rubber boot. He found broken vinyl brackets. The break was very recent...HMMMMM.... (inspector caused?). Now we need a plumber to fix the damaged vent pipe. Matt Jimmerson contacted me and they are coming out tomorrow to look at the issue we have with a vent not being connected to a rubber boot. I'm beyond grateful that they are standing behind their work.
