The bathroom is huge and the master bedroom has a LARGE walk-in closet. (its almost another bedroom!) The Kitchen has a garbage disposal and Dishwasher. All appliances are electric. The floor is tile, except in the bedrooms. Which gets kinda cold, but if you have area rugs it works well. There is a porch that has a small closet for storage. The view of the refinery is gorgeous at night. The lights are spectacular. Even though it is a refinery. Interstate 255 is less than 5 minutes away. As is most businesses, walmart, shop-n-save, florist, banks, daycare, food establishments. The only downside to living here was they don't allow pets and they are a title 9. So if you don't like kids I wouldn't go there. But its great for college kids (with roommates), and anyone just starting out.

I had been invoiced for damages to the apartment that were to be paid on the 5th of August or sent to collections after that. On July 28, collections calls saying I have an outstanding debt from metro apartments. I paid it but called Lisa to find out why she would send me an email saying payable by August 5 and still send it to collections! Her response is "it's no big deal and I sent it to collections because you did not respond with intent to pay. I don't have time to call you" but you made a phone call to collections?!? Money hungry B!$?! NEGATIVE STARS

They refused to replace it repair it properly. To the point that it cost 450 dollars a month to run it and the temperature inside never fell below 80!! Then when we moved out we were charged unfairly for damage that had been there before we ever moved in. Their lease policy is terrible and they treat tenants like problems they don't want to deal with. The parking lot is so bad that it damaged my car several times and their attempts to fix it only made it worse. Just don't go here if you want good living conditions.

Apartment flooded 3 times, had to call non stop to get fixed, Mold appeared. Toilet over flowed had to use another apartment to use the restroom. Called my son a drug dealer because he had two vehicles and one didnt move, while he used the other to go to work before they arrive and home after they leave. Horrible experience...
