By 5:30 pm literally same day, they had my golf cart picked up at Kenfield Golf Carts in Austin, TX and loaded & on the road to me across country (yes; less than 1 hour later)!!! My golf cart will be delivered to me in another state by tomorrow afternoon which is less than 24 hours from when I FIRST called them. I kid you not, they had picked up my golf cart less than 1 hour from when I called. Adam even had photos sent to me by 6pm and he even called the golf cart company I had it serviced at to get the value for insurance purposes (at my request) as I didn't know. Adam was amazing at removing all the stress I had over shipping my golf cart across country. Wowza!!! I am sooooo impressed with Adam & Nationwide Transport Services AKA HeavyHaulers.com. Adam Blanco was in charge of my logistics out of Fort Lauderdale, FL and he was patient, professional, and absolutely amazing at customer service. I was honestly about to give up on the whole plan because it just was not affordable. Then one morning, right when I had basically accepted defeat, Bo reached out with a fair and completely reasonable quote. I thought it had to be too good to be true, but he got on the phone with me right away, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me real confidence the job could actually be done. Even though he is Florida based, he handled the entire cross-state coordination smoothly and professionally from start to finish. And he absolutely delivered. This was not an easy situation at all. My road is steep and my driveway is narrow and downhill in the Colorado mountains, and several people told me there was no way a container delivery would work here. Somehow everything was coordinated perfectly and it went through without a problem. Honestly a ten star experience. Beyond the logistics, Bo is just a genuinely great person to deal with. We ended up talking quite a bit and found out we are from the same state and had a lot in common. He made what could have been a stressful, complicated move feel easy and even enjoyable. It is rare to find someone this professional who is also this responsive, fair, and easy to talk to. If you need transport help and want someone who communicates, gives honest pricing, and actually gets difficult jobs done, I would recommend Bo without hesitation. From the very first time I used them they treated me like family not like just another "get in and get out" customer. They pay close attention to the smallest detail, and I always know when I book with them they will always be there, early in fact. The drivers are all true professionals, humble, polite, and very safe. I am a Car Guy who also collects Classic Cars so I know a bit about them. Every vehicle used for me or my groups was late model, low mileage and well cared for. I had to visit their maintenance facility once and was surprised to see their fleet of vehicles were extremely clean, well-maintained and none had that "used worn out sticky feel". YURI, their Reservation Specialist team manager is great to work with, always helpful attentive and remembers me every time I call. She is very genuine, efficient and a true asset to the company. The person at Avanti texted us to tell us they were on their way the day before they were suppose to be there. I called and they acted like it was so kind of them not to charge us even though they know they made the mistake. On the morning again an early flight and the right way we got notified that the flight was cancelled. We waited 10 Minutes to see if we would get a text that they were on the way but nothing so we called Avanti and cancelled. I then got charged as he was on the way. I called to complain and the guy said the first time they didn't charge us really they made the mistake I asked them to call me and waiting to hear from them.

The driver was unapologetic, simply saying they'll show up and when they show up and if we don't like it we can find another ride (at the last minute). Repeatedly being told they were 5-10 minutes away, for 45 minutes, was a frustrating way to communicate. Honesty and transparency were completely missing. They are the preferred/facilitated/recommended shuttle partner of the Hyatt Place in Fort Lauderdale, and I recommend avoiding the hotel by extension, who was not helpful in any way as the issue went on.
