They took my car in immediately, checked the starter/ignition & battery & determined I only needed a new battery. I was in & out in less than an hour... reasonable pricing. -1* only as they didn't reprogram my radio... it was flashing asking for a code... fortunately, I wasn't far, drove back & they reprogrammed the radio/CD player. For $300... I shouldn't have had to return for basic service. 3.5-4* out of 5. -1* for the inattentiveness of the mechanic, who didn't reprogram the radio/CD player. Bonus: when I went to Firestone, they said I shouldn't even have that kind of tire on my SUV in the first place. Bridgestone wouldn't replace/reimburse because we misused the tires.
