He hit something in the road one afternoon and made it to their shop on his way to get my granddaughter. He was concerned about the oil pan. When the tires didn't last 40,000 miles, Lee's Crossing wouldn't honor the warranty ("we don't sell Bridgestones anymore") then blamed the salesperson (who no longer works there). Sent me to Firestone for the warranty, who, of course, wouldn't honor it because we bought the tires from Lee's Crossing. Bonus: when I went to Firestone, they said I shouldn't even have that kind of tire on my SUV in the first place. Bridgestone wouldn't replace/reimburse because we misused the tires.
