He showed us pictures of some of his recent work and we were sold. Although they were busy, we got on their schedule quickly. Tommy, the crew lead, was absolutely amazing. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. After several weeks of trying to get the windows installed, Mr. Malone said that he could not get the windows at the price he stated. He said that he would not be able to replace the windows. He never painted the house, replaced the windows, or provide any service. DO NOT use this company. Do NOT give him any money upfront. You will be sorry! Learn from my mistake.

It is hard to find good reliable help nowadays and when one lady called me and asked if I could find someone to come over and fix a couple of doors in her house. So I got online and started looking. I found Handy Man Hunter and gave them a call. They went to her house and called me and said it was 85 degrees in her house. They finished the doors and started looking at her thermostat and after troubleshooting, found a weak circuit breaker but could not fix it. They called one of their friends whom is an HVAC guy and he would be out first thing in the morning. It was supposed to be 90 degrees the next day and they went to lowes and bought a portable AC unit and put it in the lady's room. They did not have to do that but they did.
