it's only about money here. charge for unnecessary services that insurance doesn't cover except…read moreevery 5 years then has the audacity to tell me to argue with my insurance company. crazy crap.

I debated posting this, but I think my opinion is valid and needs to be shared. Let me first say,…read moreI'd been a dental patient here since 2018 (I believe the office opened in 2017), and since that time I made several referrals and even started bringing my wife and kids there. I really liked them, and we've never previously had any problems, however all of that changed in the last year. The atmosphere is different and there has been a lot of turnover. I recently had a problem with a crown that fell off twice. Both times, it took over a month to get an appointment to have it reattached. I actually called on June 19th and wasn't able to be seen until July 21, a month later. The last straw for me was after the last appointment. Two of their dentists said the crown needed to be replaced. (One of them is no longer there and I believe worked their less than 90 days, he was the one that said he'd put in my chart if the crown fell off again, they would replace it) During the last visit after if fell off again, the second dentist reattached it and said it was temporary repair. There was no charge for either visit to reattach it, but I was told they would file a claim and if I received a check from my insurance company, I needed to bring it to them. One of the other office workers said they would talk to their manager to see what could be done and that they would call me a week later. I actually called them 6 days after the appointment only to have the person on the phone tell me she had no record of anything that was said or done previously. I recognized her on the phone and told her that she was the one that checked me out, she claimed she wasn't. It was a frustrating conversation and not at all helpful. She told me the crown was two years old and they weren't going to do anything even after she didn't remember of know what I was talking about. I never actually asked for anything, I was simply following up to see if the other office worker reached out to their management and if there was a resolution. I didn't think I should have to pay for an entirely new crown. Certainly, crowns shouldn't fail within two years, and it was their dentists that said it need to be replaced, not me. Overall, not very helpful and they did not seem to appreciate a long-term patient that wanted to stick it out with them after their dental staff turned over. They did say they would still call their manager who was on vacation, but I won't be back, and neither will my family.
