Our experience as of late was the staff. Ive worked in customer service and if i had treated my customers the way these people did my family would have lost their business. It was like we were annoying them by asking for service. Eye rolling, snickers, sarcasm... wth? I expected more i guess from a family owned and operated business that has been around for quite awhile. The female staff member sprayed our table down while my son was sitting there turned the opposite direction so he didnt see her. She didnt ask him to move his arm, or announce her presence...just sprayed his arm and table! Pretty mind blowing. My advice to the Huikkos family would be to educate your staff in faking a friendly personality if they dont have one to start with. We wont be going back. I would rather give my business to the other family owned businesses in the surrounding area that appreciate their customers.

We first went to there old location, but the sign told us the new address and then we finally found it. We had fun, but wished we would have had more time. The place is nice and clean, the staff was friendly and explained our options and the costs. They were having Cosmic Bowl, first time we had seen this, it was cool bowling in the dark. We were told that you pay $15 and can bowl unlimited games until they close. We opted for one game which cost $3.95 per game, we only had about 45 minutes. We definitely want to go back and take advantage of the Cosmic Bowl, we think our kids would enjoy it too. We got there at 10 pm on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all. It was starting to get busy as we left, a couple groups of 6 to 8 came in. Overall, I really liked this place and will be back in the future. I have no complaints, this was a nice cheap activity to pass some time.
