What followed was an absolute nightmare. The short version: * Massive delays, broken promises, and total lack of communication * Boat was promised by March -- work didn't even start until well after * First set of motors were "lost," requiring a second order * Paint job was done incorrectly -- twice * Lied about successful water test -- boat took on water the moment it was launched * Drain plug left out during attempted fix * Stereo system was stolen under LPM's care, and they didn't inform us -- only admitted it when we noticed it on the lake * Replaced high-end amp with used, low-quality junk * Canvas storage cover returned with a 3'x4' hole * Engines were never properly tuned and continued throwing codes * Demanded full payment for an unfinished and poorly executed job * Three years later, we're still dealing with issues from their work To make matters worse, Chad (the owner) is dishonest, evasive, and unqualified when it comes to tuning or performance diagnostics. He talks a big game but clearly lacks the expertise. Worst of all, he treats customers like a nuisance once he's been paid. Avoid Legend Performance Marine and any business associated with Chad. They cost us time, money, and trust. There are better -- and more honest -- options out there.

We were broke down just south of Silverwood theme park in northern Idaho on a Sunday morning and…read moretried to find some place to get the air bags on our suspension to refill. We finally left a message with Josh explaining our situation and he called me back, and after giving more details he drove the 20+ miles to where we were parked and started to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Josh spent several hours trying different ideas to get it fixed and in the end found a way to temporarily refill the air bags. After filling the air bags he stated "I wanted to make it possible for you and your family to make it home" in which we did. At anytime while he was trying to fix the problem he could have said I am not able repair the problem and I wouldn't have blamed him one bit, but he didn't he just kept working on the problem until a temporary solution was found to allow us to drive the 400 miles to get home. The next day he even called me to make sure that we made it home without an trouble. So for any rv repairs or breakdowns (god forbid) I would not hesitate to call him again.
