Went to pick up the title for my boat trailer, the notary was late, Andy literally ran down the road to get the notary signature so I could get to the motor vehicle administration, in Frederick, on time! 2. My boat conked out in the middle of Lake Marburg. I called F&S and they talked me through troubleshooting the motor. That didn't work so Bob came out, hooked up my boat to his boat, towed me to shore, put my boat on my trailer, called his staff too alert them of me coming in for emergency service, pulled in the lot and before I could even get out of the car people were on the back of the boat trying to fix it. 3. Many times I have asked if I needed something that was suggested that I should purchase. Bob has said that I can sell you that but you don't need it! THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE!!! 4. The facility is great and the location is even better. It's a little weird at first, having to drive through a strip mall parking lot to get to the marina, but that feeling quickly goes away when you realize that you have everything you need within walking distance of your boat slip. A Walmart, McDonalds ,Farm Store Chicken, Dunkin Donuts, Rita's Ice, plenty of good restaurants , Advance Auto parts store, and a True Value. It couldn't get any better. The staff are incredible, the amenities are plentiful (free ice). Lets not forget the Bengies Drive-In. Bottom line, it's the place if you need a marina.

Our bridal party and family stayed at the Inn - the quality, uniqueness and cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations! We used both marina locations for our event, Haven Harour Marina and Haven Harbour South, just a couple miles apart, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept at both. The spectacular sunsets during the rehearsal and reception were just exceptional! Quaint little marina just upstream of the Conowingo Dam on the Susquehanna River…read more Launch area used to be only for short boats (15 feet or shorter) but the owner has expanded the turnaround on the launch area. Can now launch up to 26-footer. There have been upgrades done on the slips/dock & restroom facilities. So much nicer now than the last time we launch our work boat here 2 years ago. There's a nice creek that runs along the property and they have made camping and picnic areas along it. Definitely a plus since the creek has a little waterfalls as it flows down to the river and I love the soothing sound of falling water :) Will definitely be continuing to use this Marina when working in the area. Owner is friendly, accommodating and has more upgrades planned for the future.
