In 2024 we thought that, maybe, we wanted to move after 15 years in the same house. We knew Priyanka from the sale of my late father-in-law's house (which went VERY well btw). We called Priyanka. I was trapped outside of my house because of a dropped pin in the door lock and couldn't log into my portal because my login info was all on my laptop inside. So I sent an email to get in contact with someone who manages the property and he made sure to let me know I needed to submit a request asap if I needed any help and if there was no issue that I would be paying the bill instead of trying to give me any other advice on what to do or who to even call at that moment. This man is rude & doesn't care at all about the tenants.
