Instructed me to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen - I did, only to have the tech spray boric acid into a few outlets & behind the stove. Said cockroach abatement was additional $. Ok fine I want them gone! Again, no follow up. We wanted to support a small local business, but apparently if we want professional service we have to go elsewhere.

Reed had the audacity to report back to my landlord that my house was not very clean. This can cause a disturbance in my lease and the relationship between my landlord and I. Went ahead and arranged the appointment. Armando came on time and did the initial inspection. Started outside the house and saw some dry subterranean tunnels but no active termites. Inspected inside the house and did not see any sign of termite. Confirmed that the hole was termite related. Armando took the time to explain what's going on and what services they offer. We agreed to get it addressed right away and also bought the termite protection around the house. They will monitor the house if there are any active termites that starts eating the poison. They can do that remotely. Did know that was possible. Overall great experience. Would hire Bulwark again if we encounter other pest issues.
