They nay be good for homes but are terrible for apartments. The complex I live in is heavily infested. Roaches come in through every crack including the electrical outlets and even come through the pipes in the bathroom sink. I have bought two kinds of sprays, roach motels, sticky strips, borax acid, and even the electrical plug ins they are supposed to hate the sound of. I have tried everything except the bomb. I have a pet and cant use some things. Other tenents complain but say when they come to their apartment they have sprayed and ruined clothes, shoes, etc in their closets so they dont want them spraying again. The complex needs a thorough job of putting stuff into all the walls and complete spraying around all foundations. read more

They come on a quarterly basis but you can get extra treatments for free in between if necessary (which I haven't needed to do). They are efficient and I don't even need to be home when they come! I contracted with Bullwerk approximately 2 years ago for rats. Behind my fencing is 15 acres and a pond. They installed bate boxes around my home a d house. The successfully eradicated the infestation and have maintained surface every since. Monday I noticed chewed bread and called immediately. The tect came out the next day. He informed me I did have rats again and I should consider the rat program. I told him I do have that contract. He checked the boxes and said they did not have any poison in them and have not had any for a long time because rats were using the boxes as nests. The tech Andre was wonderful! However, I contacted the main office the next day and encountered Miller. He informed me I was not getting rat service and it was their fault. Miller however was rude and condescending.
