The locker and spa areas were very clean, relaxing, quiet, and private. Carter did my facial and shoulder and chest massage. She let me know everything that she was doing as she did it. The pressure she applied for massages was perfect. I feel refreshed and my skin feels soft and dewy. I would definitely recommend and come again!!!

Our initial greeting from Jessica at the front desk was outstanding, which led to meeting one of the owners, Chris. She is a true gem and makes sure you understand as much as you want about anything you are having done. I worked with nurse Ava and Sandy, who were also both the sweetest. I tried the drench IV which for someone who has a fear of needles couldn't have gone smoother. One poke, easy. I felt amazing afterwords-hydrated, energized and ready to take on the day. I was absolutely livid today when Anton's wanted to charge one a non-refundable $100 deposit for an appointment. My daughter has a flight into town earlier that day and explained she'd only miss if flight was delayed which would be beyond her control. The woman she spoke with treated her with sass and then transferred to owners who only confirmed that they could easily fill that appointment with someone else. I guess customer loyalty means nothing. In addition, my other daughter says at a recent appointment, the stylists discuss price of other clients' services while they are doing her hair. That is very unprofessional. Also, she witnessed a customer with a "known last name" in the area wanted a last minute appointment and they moved heaven and earth to make it happen. A more common name doesn't carry weight even though we've been loyal. Well not anymore. My daughter is a dentist and they don't even charge a deposit for missed appointments.

I was told it would help reduce the appearance and lift the under arm The consultant went as far as pushing up on the excess and saying that it would achieve that much difference. The results were devastating my arms went from 14 inches to 17 inches as the fat was decreased which made the skin that much saggier ...I went in to talk with the director and her comment waa that it didn't look that bad I was furious $ 2800.00 gone and horrible results.. When one of the techs was doing the procedure she made a comment...this really isn't for underarms..it's not going to tighten the skin...this was at my last procedure ...I was in shock!!!! I am very self conscience of the broken capillaries on the side of my nose and the redness in my face and I learned I have rosacea. I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! I have followed Cary since she started at Camy's Salon then she went to Salon Nuevo and then she went solo by renting a studio at TONY & Friends and now here. Cary has been wonderful as a stylist (for a guy) and with so many years in the business I can attest she is up to date on all things pertaining to hair. As she has moved, so has her client base which shows her knowledge as well as the relationship she builds with her clients. It is a service business and in the end, you need to feel comfortable with a stylist. I've seen her family grow and it has been a joy to see her kids grow up these past 10 or so years. I have to say, I like Lago Salon location the best. I like the downtown/beach area of Pewaukee and enjoy my drive out here. Always plenty of parking available, off street and on street. And should you wish, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and boutiques to shop at before or after.
