I met with Kathy and Lola and they took photos of my face and gave me suggestions on options to fix redness and wrinkles and thoroughly reviewed the procedure. I am very self conscience of the broken capillaries on the side of my nose and the redness in my face and I learned I have rosacea. I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! I also did a little Botox and it really opened my eyes and erased my RB (trying to be PG) face expression. I was very unhappy with the results of my wrinkles. I was given Juvederm for the sides of my cheeks where I was told that my face would plump out my wrinkles. I made it very clear; I did not really have the money but if it would work, I would pay the $1125. I went back for the follow up and they insisted that there was a great change in my wrinkles however to me there was insignificant change in my wrinkles and absolutely not worth $1125. Do NOT get Botox from Kathy! I've had the unfortunate experience of having her twice, despite requesting not to have her. She will leave sections frozen, with areas wrinkled and create spok brows. When you go for a follow up appointment she will refuse to fix these mistakes, blame it on your age, and then mix saline with the minimalist amount of botox to pretend that she is fixing the issue....when two weeks pass you will see that nothing was fixed! read more

I bought $6,000 in Coolsculpting and was advised I was a good candidate by the "estheticians"". I had Coolsculpting to my abdomen & my thighs. No change when compared to the pre & post pictures. I waited a few more months as the literature said it could take 6 months for the frozen adipose tissue to absorb & go away. Still no change. I brought it to Dr Bonness's manager. I was offered more Coolsculpting. I asked why if it didn't work at all. I asked for 50% of my money back. They declined. The next follow up with a different esthetician agreed there was no change. She stated that the new thigh pads were made to "contour" better on the thighs. So in other words, the original pads did not contour to my thighs and thus did not work. I really wanted this to work vs having surgery. I contacted Dr Bonness via email. She offered a $1500 refund after paying $6,000! That was a slap in the face. Her services claim to freeze the fat and loose inches. After more research, I found obese or overweight people are not good candidates. Only those that are already thin and want to freeze a little fat are the real candidates. Bonnes staff lied to me and said I was a good candidate. Dr Bonness does not stand behind her services. I would not recommend Coolsculpting and definitely cannot recommend a business that took my $6,000 and provided a faulty service. Buyer beware. Very disappointed with my experience here. Was "educated" on filler migration and how going about it at a slower rate would be a better option for me. When I brought this up the day of my appointment, the assistant and her looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. That line of crap came from them, though. She incorrectly filled my lips and gave me filler mustache. I had less of one before I came here than when she touched my lips. They also blamed my facial anatomy and left me feeling ugly for the price of 450. Did not feel like my wants or needs were at all addressed and I would get my money back if I could. I was a client for years, and I had the worst experience. I went in for lip injections and I brought my Bestie. So glad I did, as she was my witness. They took my review down on google. So here's what happened. After enduring a lot of pain and money to get the procedure done, it was all for nothing. I took a picture 9 days after and it was even deflated more. I called them for a follow up request and, she was wondering why I didn't have one already scheduled. So she says, can you wait the full two weeks before you're seen? Yes, I said of course. The technician who I thought was a really nice person, as I always requested her, told me I didn't need anything more. The excuse was very vague and nonchalantly said. Something about my lip shape? And it would look weird. She even said it would deflate more! Ok, so I'm really disappointed with this whole experience. When I made the initial appointment, I was told there's 2 types of filler. One lasts a year, another last 2-3 months. I said I want the expensive one. I don't want to go through this again. But I wasn't offered a choice. Hmmm? So I went somewhere else , and the aesthetician felt my lips completely in and out with her gloved fingers, they were completely empty. I had my fist hydro facial here and it was an amazing experience. The receptionists were so welcoming and sweet and made me feel comfortable because it was my first time there. They took before photos and my aesthetician was super sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me understand what products are good and not for my skin as well as suggesting products but didn't push anything. HORRIBLE! I would highly suggest not prepaying for any services here! You don't meet with Dr Bonness unless you are having an invasive treatment. She leaves all other consultations up to unqualified staff without experience. Their only goal is to keep "up selling" you after their initial course of action doesn't work. I ended up asking for 1/2 the money back I prepaid due to a lack of results, professionalism, and horrendous customer service (and because the side effects were significantly more intense than previously communicated and I didn't want to finish the course of treatments) only to be told they refuse. This business has gone down hill fast - I have been a long standing client - more than 10 years and never would have thought of going elsewhere now I don't feel confident in anyone who works at the practice. I visited theIr "new location" at the corners - no one could tell me anything about the products I had questions regarding. Every time I asked a question they said they would have to read the box to tell me. All they could tell me about their new services was the have "face and body stuff" and I should try the treatment that uses the "pokey things" for my fine lines. The girl started telling me about a new treatment called CoolTone but then when I asked the difference between that and CoolSculpting - which I've already had - she said she didn't know! What used to be a high class professional spa has become a place where the staff doesn't even know what they are talking about. I don't see any of the staff I was used to which makes me question why. Unfortunately I will be seeking services and products elsewhere where I can be confident in what I will receive. My suggestion would be to fig ure out how to get your old staff back or replace them with people who are educated in what you offer read more

The barrage of unanswered emails and inability to initially contact the office should have been a foretelling sign, but I opted to give Bonness the benefit of the doubt and forge forward with an appointment for laser treatment. I arrived, was greeted and took a seat in the waiting room. The total wait time was 11 minutes, which is more than I have experienced at other medi-spas. Time is valuable to me, and this is not necessarily conveyed through practice of the employees. Nevertheless, I was finally called and brought into a back room. In approximately 3 minutes I was told I couldn't be treated because of my "skin type." I have never experienced such an abrupt response at any other treatment facility and was thrown for a loop. The associate left the room to consult with someone, came back in and said they might be able to do it, but would need my consent to speak to another medi-spa. Enter the second baffling look on my face. More discussion, and then the associate left again, only to come back with a folder and pamphlets. She said she would love to treat my 'condition,' but at that point she was not able to offer a solution....a bit nonsensical, yes, but again I forged forward with a positive attitude. It was at that point that she started spouting off board certified credentials, which was of no benefit or interest to me. It was a strange experience indeed. I have since moved on to booking an appointment elsewhere, which was done with ease. And, I will share this experience with others at work and in my circle of friends, as I would not recommend Bonness. read more

Horrible experience. Clinic manager is highly unprofessional and only there to make a buck. Does not care about the patients. First treatment was acceptable and she was very kind. When I returned, I noted that my results were very uneven (one arm much larger than the other). She stated that they were different sizes prior to treatment. Most people are not perfectly symmetrical, but I have been living in this body for a long time and knew there was a huge discrepancy. She stated that for $1000 more, I could have an additional treatment on that arm (so pay more for an ineffective treatment). I asked to see my before pictures and their "printer wasn't working." She stated that she would email me the pictures. I never received them. When I called to reschedule my appointment, I again asked for the pictures and the receptionist stated that she would ask "right away" for them to be sent. I never received them. I went for my follow up appointment and a different person took my follow up photos standing much closer to me than the clinic manager had (and tried to pass them off as before second treatment photos). At this appointment I was provided my photos. The photos revealed that my arms were the same size before treatment. I asked for other options and she stated "surgery". I completed a survey and it was not favorable. Someone from the clinic called to discuss this with me 2-3 times, which were inconvenient times for me. I returned calls two times without a return call. I wanted to give them a chance to treat me with integrity. They failed. They lied and cheated to make a buck. All they had to do was be honest and state that my arm was not responding and offer me other options. They lack honesty and do not practice ethically. I also work in health care and I would never treat people in this manner. I would not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy due to lack integrity. read more
