I flew from California to handle some repairs, and was supposed to meet you Sat morning. I asked if I could meet you later than scheduled because I had to get there from the hotel and it was raining heavily that morning and I had to arrange transportation. I immediately called you back within 15 minutes to let you know that I was on my way. Also, because it was raining, all the potential needed leak repairs were obvious. So, your emergency came up within minutes? And my emergency didn't matter. And the same excuse was given to my property manager the following week. That is why we chose to go a different direction. I specifically told you I was coming from California and only had a few days. That didn't matter, so that is why you lost a customer.
