I've had many vehicles and always had windows tinted, this was by far the best! In the past windows had to remain closed for 24 hours, with Dustin's process there's no waiting, windows can be rolled down immediately. When they answered I said Not to put me on hold again and I was there for a pick up order. No mask "Eric" came out, opened my driver side back door and started tossing my husbands stuff in the back seat. I immediately said I wanted it in the trunk but he continued w/ back seat. I got out to close the trunk b/c I had already popped it. Eric said "You could've just come in the store and gotten it yourself" I replied, " I would have if anyone in the store was wearing a mask!" (Only one employee had a mask on - I could see through their storefront window.) He laughed and I said " I'm calling corporate- this is ridiculous ! He said " Fu&$@BG call corporate, I don't care." I did. My husband was really mad when I got home and called Joe the manager. He proceeded to accuse me of being aggressive and trying to hit Eric with my car door. Eric had already opened my back door- the reason I got out was to close my trunk lid. I invited him to please pull video. He said they didn't have to wear masks because they had shields at the registers. No apologies, just argumentative. I told him that was fine, and I called corporate offices again.
