When planning my appointment via email, they were extremely responsive and answered all my questions. Dropping off my car was easy, I just handed my keys to the workers standing outside before their shift started. It took about 5 hours, and when I picked my car up I was very happy with the results. They put all the remaining personal items they find while cleaning in the side door. They even left an old melted chapstick, because they weren't sure and wanted to be respectful! I appreciated it, even if it made me giggle. The cost was $150, and I tipped $50. I will be returning for sure. read more
