We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

One room we did in a different cheaper carpet because we have parrots that use the room... our feathered kids so we opted for a piece from a commercial job they had left over and when we move we will redo the room in the wool. When you're doing a home project, you need three things to go well. You need a knowledgeable sales person to get you to the right product, at the right price, and professional installation. Each of those pieces are hit or miss for you as the customer. Our sales person was Danny Lain. Our installers were Mario and Jose. We absolutely love our new carpet! It looks and feels great. It is top grade and will give us years and years of use and enjoyment. Our costs were absolutely the lowest bid by quite a few thousand. And yes, we compared our exact carpet within all the bids to ensure everything was Apples-to-Apples. 5+ stars to Danny! Our installation was impressive to us. Mario and Jose cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned as they removed old carpet and padding and installed the new pad and carpet. All the old stuff was immediately taken out to the trailer and put away so there was absolutely no trash or mess while in progress. The installation was up against newly painted baseboards and I expected at least a few scuffs and scratches but not a single one could be found. At end of day one all the tools and equipment was very neatly and cleanly stored behind a wall unit. You get the picture; professionals keep a clean workspace. These guys were fast as well, taking only a day and a half from start to finish. The carpet lay itself was impressive as well, very smooth and clean edges, very tight up to the baseboards. 5 Stars to Mario and Jose! We found Floors N More because they could source the original floor tile that was in our home. We…read morewanted to replace the carpet in the Guest Bedroom, Den, Master Bedroom/Closet to match before the patterns/lots changed. We also wanted to add a backsplash in the kitchen. We dropped into the showroom to see backsplash options. Lisa/owner was very friendly and great showing us options/answering questions and providing us grout and tile samples to take home and view there. Matt/Owner, later came out to give us an estimate and confirm what we were thinking. Matt answered any questions and measured and provided us an estimate before he left. Of course we already had chosen what tile we wanted by this time. Matt came when he said he would and installation began when he told me. Some other options I explored, I had to independently figure out installation. Which took a long time trying to get find someone or get someone to get back to me. Floors n More was also competitive on price, compared to other quotes we got. What we liked was they could give us a firm date on install. They also said they would work with us on installation. The amount of rooms we were doing, was going to be a challenge on moving out furniture/clothing/etc. Some other companies, said we had to have all rooms cleared out before they began. We were able to cycle through rooms, that made it more manageble to accomplish. We liked that Floors n More have their own people that do the work. Ramone/installer, arrived on time. He was very courtious/efficient/cleaned up at the end of the day/listened to any questions or concerns we had. He accomplished our job in a week. Floors N More was great to work with. His crew was polite, efficient, and worked quickly without leaving any downtime between steps, from sanding to laying the floors to installing the baseboards. After the main job was complete, they came back promptly to fix small areas that needed attention, such as caulking and a few misaligned nails in the baseboards. The finished floors are smooth, level, and feel wonderful to walk on. One critique would be the pattern of how the planks were laid. In some areas, the seams line up in a way that feels a bit repetitive, and I would have preferred more variation in the staggered pattern. That said, the quality of the workmanship and customer service was excellent, and I would happily recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to have their floors done.

I first checked on Facebook for recommendations and their company was highly recommended. I had put in for a consult and within minutes I got an e-mail to set us up for a measurement. We then went into the office and picked out carpet first. We put in our order back in June. After ordering that, we found some vinyl we liked and ordered it mid-July while awaiting the carpet. The carpet was taking forever to be delivered, with multiple delays. We actually received our vinyl before the carpet was ever delivered. Finally, come beginning of August we reached out to Cranmore again, as we had not heard about the carpet and it had already been almost 2 months since we initially ordered it. We heard back from the company, that they would make it right. They gave us a discount and upgraded us to a better carpet that they had in stock since they weren't able to tell us when ours would be delivered. The end result was the vinyl, and carpet looks amazing, and we are very happy with it. We understand things happen out of their control, but in the end they made it right.

They used a series of independent contractors (no employees) to complete our work which was shotty to say the least. All grout lines are inconsistent, edging is off on many places, and floor sloping is not right. Tiffany never called to check in and Art never answers or returns a call (only texts), and they didn't even bother to come see the completed work either. Had they bothered to come look at completed product they would've see a yard full of tile fragments/trash and white spray from tile saw all over the yard since they didn't tarp. They left all the boxes from tile sitting in side yard, their lunch drinks and trash on our bathroom counters, and drips of grout/mortar stuff everywhere. And finally they threw a bag of leftover grout over the wall since they didn't want to bother opening the gate. So I spent hours cleaning up and will have to wait for a ton of rain for my yard to ever look okay again. I have to paint the walls around the project from them needing to hire a drywall expert and deal with a final result that, being very generous is okay. I would never recommend them to anyone and would actually highly recommend using anyone else.
