After the initial installation we kept having problems with the unit shutting itself off. Finally, they seemed to have repaired the mechanism and it worked for about a year. The fireplace stopped working over a week ago. I called Ironstone 4-times and was promised that I would receive a return call from their repair supervisor the same days that I called.
