Awful! Unable to communicate our specific needs to Ashley, the owner. They cleaned three times…read moreand after each cleaning I spoke to Ashley about what I felt were problems with the result. The first time they cleaned Ashley was part of the cleaning team and things seemed to go well. They were here a little over an hour. The second time...no Ashley and they were gone in under an hour. This week...a whopping 45 minutes. Mind you we have 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, a great room, living room, dining room, laundry room, sun porch, office...45 minutes?!!! Really? They charge by the job; not by the hour so the the faster they get a job done...the more money they can make. I told Ashley that I'd rather pay for more time if they would do a more thorough job. So if all you want is "light" cleaning...these are your people. If you need anything more than light dusting, vacuuming, etc....look elsewhere. I spent more time cleaning up after the cleaners then they spent cleaning. They also refuse to give a scheduled time when they will arrive. Twice they caught us early in the morning and bee-lined for the bathrooms preventing us from even being able to brush our teeth! During my initial conversation with Ashley I made it clear that I was interested in "deep-cleaning" not routine over the top stuff. I cleaned houses myself for 15 years and have a family member who owns a professional cleaning service. I KNOW what services can and cannot be expected by cleaning companies. Ashley assured me they could and would surpass my expectations. Not! Duties are divided between the cleaning team. One does bathrooms, one does the kitchen and the poor third person does EVERYTHING else! They do not work as a team. It's no wonder that things...LOTS of things get missed. Ashley's employees were really sweet people for the most part...just seemed to have a very inefficient approach to housecleaning and communication with the client. What really boggled my mind was that Ashley was part of the team that cleaned the first time. She was awesome...she cleaned my floors on her hands and knees! Scrubbed the baseboards and cleaned anything she saw that needed attention. Absent Ashley and there's no-telling what will happen. My recommendation is no recommendation at all.

She charged me $500 upfront for 5 hours of work. From the beginning, the experience was unprofessional. She demanded full payment before starting, saying she's had to "take people to court" in the past. This is not standard practice and felt like a red flag , but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. In hindsight, it becomes very clear why she has had problems with people paying her: she leaves homes still dirty, giving customers every reason to dispute her work. The manner in which she later addressed me in the text messages , was not only unprofessional but also blatantly disrespectful toward me as a client, to the point of being almost unbelievable. CONDITION OF HOME We moved into our home in April 2025, after 6 weeks of unpacking and organising we started our summer vacation. The home is neatly organized and free of clutter; this is the condition in which Kaila Micklevitz from K&A Complete Cleaning found it upon arrival. We had been away for the summer, so there was natural dust build-up, spiderwebs on window sills and door frames -This is why I specifically requested a deep clean of these areas at first contact to Kaila, proof of initial message attached. The entire upstairs, which accounts for half of the house, including all bedrooms and bathrooms on both the first and second levels, is completely pet-free. The area she later referred to as having dog hair is roughly 12 x 6 meters, and it is kept clean with our Roomba running multiple times a day. To suggest that this space was piled up with dog hair is simply not factual. And even if it were, the point remains: she was paid to clean the home. INTERACTION WITH KAILA MICKLEVITZ AFTER RAISING MY CONCERNS When I raised concerns, she became defensive, argumentative, and even shouted at me in my own home with my daughter present Instead of addressing the issues I raised, she made excuse after excuse Even in the areas where she had no excuse, she still refused to correct the work She claimed she could not clean the outside of the windows (even those on the first floor including a sliding deck door) due to insurance, which I understood. However, this does not negate the fact that 90% of the dirt on the window sills is visible and reachable with the windows shut. This is clearly shown in the evidence. The proof is in the evidence. Attached is a detailed comparison of the Kaila's own advertised Deep Cleaning service list against the actual condition of my home immediately after the service was completed on September 17, 2025. I will be taking legal action against Ms. Kaila Micklevitz of K&A Complete Cleaning Services, as she must be held accountable for her poor work ethic and unprofessional conduct.
