Unfortunately, after several attempts, we were unable to resolve the issues and I now feel compelled to leave this review. The service itself was very poor in that Nick and his co-worker cleaned my gutters after cleaning my windows causing the windows on two sides of my home to be left horribly dirty. Additionally, other windows and doors had to be recleaned unrelated to the gutter cleaning. Things were not returned to their original place both in and outside of the home. Windows were left partially opened and/or unlocked. The job was not done in a timely fashion. Lastly, without prior notice or discussion, Nick brought his toddler into my home while doing the interior window cleaning. My house is not child-proofed as I have no young children, leaving the child to get into several things. I also believe that I was significantly overcharged for the project. When discussing this, I was offered credits toward additional work. I am not interested in additional work of this quality. I would strongly recommend steering away from this company.
