We stayed in an RV with a terrace, and it was even better than we expected. It was spotless, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. We even packed extra kitchen supplies, but there was no need because the RV was fully equipped with everything from cookware to baking dishes. The bathroom and shower were clean, the furniture felt new, and there was plenty of room for all four of us: two adults, a 10-year-old, and our almost 3-year-old. One of the things we loved most is that there are so many different options depending on what you're looking for. You can bring a tent, stay in an RV, or rent a cabin, so every family can choose what works best for them. The campground itself is beautiful. The scenery is amazing, the forest is peaceful, the air is fresh, and everything is very clean and well maintained. We loved spending our evenings around the fire pit, and we used the gas grill every day. It was exactly the relaxing family vacation we were hoping for. Everyone we met was friendly. The staff was always welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The other campers were kind and respectful, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. There was so much to do. We spent time at the clean pool, enjoyed the lake, and loved seeing all the activities available. Whether you want to relax or stay active, there's something for everyone. The prices are also very reasonable. Before booking, I looked at similar places in different states, and this ended up being the best value by far. The combination of the accommodations, amenities, beautiful surroundings, and activities exceeded our expectations. We left with wonderful memories, and I already know we will be back. I don't even feel like looking for another campground because this place was everything we hoped for. I can easily see this becoming our family's annual camping tradition. The owners are nice and accommodating. I called to make a reservation and was able to do so. It was $35.00 a night. The price includes your campsite, fire pit, access to kayaks, showers, and bathroom. To be clear, we picked a site where you can set up a tent and not an RV. But RV sites are also available. Check in was a breeze and was brought to our site once we checked in. Wood is sold on the site. Its a dollar per log. We did see a bear by the garbage and immediately called the owners to let them know. They did come and close the garbage bins and made a lot of noise to lure the bear away. Make sure after you eat you put all food and drinks in your car and leave nothing out once you head to bed. This will attract bears if you leave stuff out over night.

The people are genuine, friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. Being first time visitors, the owner and son escorted us to our camp site and helped with parking in the best spot on our site - they would have even backed/parked my RV for me, if needed! The pool is beautiful and well maintained - the bathrooms, common areas, and snack area/convenience store are clean and well stocked. The fellow camp kids were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and incredibly kind to invite our kids along for daily adventures/games. The lake was peaceful and so much fun as we watched our kids catch and release an abundance of fish! Our dog loved the walks and scenery as well. The landscaping is beautifully maintained as well - the groundskeeper was out watering plants and keeping things looking beautiful - you can tell he has a lot of pride in his work by watching him care for the grounds. He even made sure to point out a massive frog hopping around to my kids since he figured they'd get a kick out of it - and they sure did! We felt like we have a private piece of heaven on earth while still having access to all the beautiful amenities that come with camping! This place is very special since it's not a far drive for us but just enough "removed" from our day-to-day hustle to feel like a true vacation spot. The views - no matter which direction you look - are magical. The sunrise and sunset are unmatched. Considering how expensive it was, did nickel and dime $10 for wood that cost them nothing is kinda sad! They should absolutely include a bundle of wood for that. They also told us that you cannot bring your own wood or you could receive a fine, their wood is overpriced at 10$/bundle. The tent itself was very nice. You could open it up to a view of the woods, although through the plastic it wasn't exactly like a glass window. It came with air-conditioning and a little firewood heater for inside. They also had a sauna on property which was nice to have. But again, you had to buy wood and get the fire going yourself, then let it heat up for a while in order to enjoy it. They had some other small things on the property, small game room that we didn't use, some kids activities and what not. Not even a three minute drive away was a very cool lake that we were able to rent a small motorboat and also went swimming later on by a beach area. One thing that absolutely freaked us out is the first night we had both a mother and cub Bear come to our campsite. We absolutely freaked out with this, but according to one of the employees, those bears are there a lot looking for food and they've never hurt anybody. Still kind of freaky to see a full-size bear on your picnic table! We also saw a rattlesnake the next morning at a tent near our but from a distance so no big deal. Finally, we had received an email when we initially booked. The checkout was at 11 then they sent us a text the morning of saying it was at 10 and they actually locked us out Literally a few minutes after 10. So we had to call up and explain what happened and they gave us till 11 AM. Overall, we enjoyed camping there, but they definitely ruined the experience with all the nickel and diming nonsense and forcing you to buy their wood for an extra money grab! Lots of other campsites so I don't know if we would return.

The site was also flooded around the fire ring the whole stay. We were also surprised and disappointed to have to pay even more to heat up the hot tub, even though there is already a big initial charge to book a tent with a hot tub. So we paid a lot extra for a tent with that amenity, only to arrive and not be able to use it unless we pay even more. The fire wood was also sold at 10$ a bundle, which is a lot more than i have paid in other camp/glamps in the region. Overall it has a trendy vibe with some cool amenities , but we had a realllllly bad view which diminished the experience (especially for the amount of $$$), a flooded camp, and we felt nickel & dimed with the hot tub. Because of this, this was actually my least favorite stay so far in PA.

My husband owns a software development company that customizes systems for businesses, and we have to be available to our staff of developers and programmers mornings and evenings. The internet did not work... at all. When we attempted to contact the owner/manager(?) by phone, there was no answer. Our voicemail messages went unreturned. Our email was also ignored. We finally got a return text but the owner said we should try getting on the wifi outside (in the cold). She then suggested we should enlist the help of a neighbor to connect (Again, we own a tech company. Not knowing how was never the issue.). She was very rude, dismissive and then devolved from the person we had just seen walking everywhere claiming they couldn't help us, because they can't walk, were tired, in pain and "about to be sick". We discovered that there was an up charge for "premium wifi"... So, if that is indeed the case, we just needed someone to take our credit card number by phone to give us the premium access to the internet. We suspect "premium internet" is a myth, since as soon as we requested it, the owner stopped replying to our messages. The final message we received was an ALL CAPS claim of being practically at death's door. If that's the case, someone else should be onsite to handle issues. We will be requiring our rental fee back. Avoid this place. It's pretty much falling apart, and the personnel here appear to have zero interest in taking care of guests' needs.

The camp provides the support he needs but in a integrated setting. He loves camp and has made such great friends.
