She had a tough end to her summer at camp but she was still wanted to return for the 2024 season. When we tried to login to our account to sign her up for the following summer, we were locked out of the program. After multiple calls to sort it out, we find out that she was not invited back to camp. The camp opted not to tell us that she was not invited back, they just removed us from the mailing list and locked us out of our account. Inviting her back is at their discretion. What is inexcusable and totally unprofessional is not telling us and having us find out by locking us out of our account. Someone had to actively remove our family emails from the distribution list and actively remove our login details from the Camp Minder program. After 3 years of camping with them, they had so little concern for our camper and our family that they didn't call us? This camp does not live up to their mission - they do not care about the families/girls that camp with them.
