We had both our homeowners and auto insurance policies through Noah for several years. We began…read moreshopping around for better prices to help cut costs and found another company who could cut our auto policy in half and substantially decrease our homeowners policy with the same coverage on both. We have been made aware one of the guys at Noah figured this out, did or said SOMETHING to the underwriters of the new policy, and now we cannot get insurance through allied. Period. Even though our policy was set to go and all that needed to be done was submit a signature and payment, the company will not even talk about writing our policy now. Both my husband and I have flawless insurance records and there is no reason for what has happened. We are thoroughly disappointed with the level of professionalism and respect presented through this experience.

Had a short visit and I left his office January 2025 I had not received my new Medica insurance card. I called John I inquired as to why I hadn't received one. His comment was ""you are the second one from your area that didn't get one. I'll check into it and call you back "".. 2 days later I called John. He wasn't in his office. I was assured that he would return my call. None. Next day I called his office again., I was told he just went across the bank, I'll have him return your call. He did not. I called Medica insurance. They had no application for me on plan change and non in pending. I called Medicare. After explaining all the above, Medicare approved the plan change. This in turn cost me a lot of money and time. Just be aware and check to make sure John follows thru on your request. We are not related. Just an odd coincidence having the same last name. I'm proud of mine, being a retired top real estate Agent in the top 1.5 % nation wide with our company. Honesty pays off
