We were also pleasantly surprised just a few weeks ago when another contractor discovered water in our crawlspace. The man from Palm Springs was here in no time at all. He a little less than an hour here, advised us he found no leaks, and said that we just needed to re-caulk around our shower stall. Last night we had temperatures in the teens, and we suspected we may have had a pipe under the house to freeze and break, so we called PSP and asked them to check it out. A real live person answered the phone and scheduled one of their men someone to come check things out. We are now satisfied and established customers. We were selling our house and after the home inspection we were told to replace 4 outlets to current GFI. We had the outlets replaced by my brother in law (dude is knowledgeable). After verifying by the Electrical Pro turned out that my brother in law missed a small step, so they couldn't warranty work was done. Kudos to them and that was a fair statement. Using our new outlets and correcting the missing steps, work was done in about 2h and 15 minutes. Got charged $1000 bucks. I called a bunch of other places and price range was between $175-250 per hour, we got charged $500/h.
