'DON'T GO FORTH WITH GO FORTH' Got a new HVAC system put in Monday....hasn't worked since installation. I call...house not cooling First it was a bad belt motor ...replaced, 2 days after initial install and yet again, not working. After yet another lovely call ...the manager Jason got back to me informing me 'it takes time to start working' (there are 2 separate units for upstairs and down...upstairs unit fine but struggling with the rising heat from below) Still not working. Call Friday at 5:05pm...office closed with hours Monday through Friday 8-5 with no emergency options....unless you're looking to buy services (website stated it closes at 8) they answer....I pretended. Sent a tech out Saturday who found another major coil defect and had to shut the system down completely (90+ degree weather of course) I requested a new unit since there were two major mechanical issues. Despite about $14,000 manager Jason denies request (after not wanting to speak with me) saying they just replace parts .... IN A BRAND NEW UNIT They hope the part will be available Monday I regret not calling Morris Jenkins...open 7 days a week , and on call. My old unit from the 90s had the house brilliantly cool. So now my rescue dogs, my family and my menapausal hot flashes will be awaiting Monday in the heat. read more

Absolutely abysmal - can't keep appointments and can't keep out pests. Like other 1 star reviews this company has become a total disaster. No one shows up for appointments- my house is still CRAWLING in pests - mice, cockroaches, BLACK WIDOWS, spiders, mosquitoes- you name it. I have the PREMIUM service because I wanted to be pest free even if it cost more. It sure does cost more but there is nothing premium about this service. I have to call every. single. time to get anyone out here because they can't keep scheduled appointments and then the tech either shows up late or without any warning. They also won't set a time frame but kept telling me it was an ALL DAY window. One tech wouldn't spray for mosquitoes because he said it might rain and I could call back and make another appointment if I really wanted. This past weekend I had kids in my yard and they were COVERED in bites and welts. But as one tech told me when I complained last month since it's been a continuous problem that the treatments weren't working - he said it's just a bad year and that they were short staffed. One tech during a follow up appointment (which I did not get a heads up arrival text for) looked at a single mouse trap (we have I think 5-6 around house) and said eh it looked okay and left and canceled our next follow up. However - he did have time to sit in our driveway for 15 minutes instead of checking the other traps. One tech was supposed to give me a 1 hour heads up of arrival and gave me 2-minutes (I have a napping baby so heads up are important). But don't worry - they WILL charge you every single month even if they don't come. You have to sit on a call listening to facts about bugs for 5-15 mins before you can talk to anyone to make an appointment and even then they can't get it right. I've now had to fix an ant problem myself - clean cockroaches off my child's playroom and in front of his nursery door. Black widows are in our garage and mice were in our pantry. On the day of the last missed appointment I tried to call at 5 when it was clear no one was coming and no one answered. Instead I had to write a note and an after hours agent called. I explained my extreme frustration and he said someone would call the following Tuesday. Guess what - no one called. So again - I've had to write a note. Today I sat on the phone on hold waiting to talk to the cancellation department for 10 mins only to be told that someone from cancelation have to call me back 24 hours later and they apologize I feel this way. And then told me about canceling my future appointment that I never was told about nor ever made. The entire company is completely out of sync with each other and their own employees. Oh and they make you sign a contract saying you'll pay $250 to cancel service - so we'll see how this goes. We also have their $400-500 termite plan so we definitely had hope in this company - sadly they just want money and don't care about service or quality. Save your money and find literally anyone else or do it yourself. Adding a pic of the cockroaches in my 11-month old's playroom so you can see how "great" their service and products are. I've already found dead squished cockroaches from under the mats when I was cleaning. Keep your family healthy and safe and find someone else that actually cares. read more

Don't use this company. I had a contract with them. This past Saturday they stood me up no show. Not even a call. Come Monday they send me text wanting to reschedule via text telling me the technician could not get up our gravel driveway and he tried calling us. We have a paved drive way. It was clear of any snow Because we used it to get in and out. I feel they have been untruthful and just call us so I don't trust them. I asked to terminate service because they could not provide a professional service. Now they want to bill me a $100.00 Don't use them. read more

DSS was called on the day following a visit from a technician. It was reported we had roaches (which I had been paying over a years worth of services for and the problem was never fully fixed). It was also reported that my 2 sons were still in diapers. They are 5 and 3 and BOTH AUTISTIC. No other people were in home. Though the call was made anonymously, it's extremely obvious who called. I am very disappointed with Lake Norman pest control. I will never recommend them, and if you are a parent of toddlers and your house is in occasional chaos, I would highly recommend looking for another pest control service. read more

Don't do business with LNPC, they are thieves! I was setup on their auto payments for termite baiting system. They took the $400 initial fee from my account 3 times this month, as verified by my bank. LNPC took responsibility for the mistaken second charge but claims they have no record of the third draft, though I have shared what the bank gave me, and according to Travis, Office Manage, since they have no record they cannot refund the extra $400 they took from my account! Now I must wait for the bank to investigate because LNPC won't own up to their mistake! read more

Got roped into paying $200 initial fee + $35 per month; was told when called they would be coming monthly. Came out first & second time & were here less than 15 minutes both times. 2nd time they didn't come when they were supposed to & when they did they were late. Then they didn't come back. We wanted to transfer the same exact service over to our name with no gap in coverage and they wanted $245.
