After…read moregoing through the car wash I got out at my next stop and looked at the side of my car and they hadn't cleaned the coffee that streaks the whole driver side door and quarter panel. I went back a few minutes later and they didn't even recognize me. My car kind of stands out, but at any rate, the woman who manages the car wash got very grumpy and said it was sap and there was nothing they could do about it. I told her it's not sap. I know it's coffee. She did finally scrub it off but grudgingly and no apology for doing a crappy job in the first place. Update: their second attempt didn't remove the coffee either. I took a rag and a little bit of window cleaner and got it off in about 30 seconds.

The machine was only partially working and they washed the vehicle by hand. They vacuumed and wiped down the interior and did an alright job but like I said it was quite dirty. I liked the fact that I was able to pull right in and didn't have to wait. I would return, unless I found a similar service in Sault Ste. Marie for the same rate and convenience.

I also had to bring it back to have the engine cleaned and the car waxed, as this was not done as agreed. When I brought the bleached console to the owner's attention he stated "We didn't do that. There is nothing we use that would do that!" When I stated that it wasn't like that when I had brought it in he simply reiterated that his business was not responsible for it. After going back and forth for a period of time, he agreed to redye the area and it turned out just fine. The actual detailing of the vehicle was okay, not particularly spectacular, but acceptable. I am giving the single star based on their lack of customer service, and the attitude of the owner.
