Auto Center Pit Stop was the only repair shop out of 8 that we called who could take a look at our car the next day, everyone else had a two day to two week wait to even take a look and all we needed was a belt. Thanks to them taking a look, we were able to get the belt quickly and get back on the road to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. Mr. Hill collected all the relevent information. We decided to replace the tire instead of installing the spare. Mr. Hill went to town to pick up the tire and was to us in about an hour. Turns out the other tire on the dual wheels was damaged as well. Mr. Hill had the foresight to bring a second new tire. Within another hour, he had both tires installed and we were ready to go. He also showed us what happened to the tire, a failed brake caliper. We went to a brake shop and got the brake repaired (another great customer service experience). Mr. Hill and the UP Tire team did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
