I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. Since my whole unit is new and still under warranty they have only charged me for labor, but this charge was a little surprise, $223, for labor only. I texted them for an explanation. Here is their main points of reply: 1. $74 trip charge, purely for sending an engineer to your site --- not including ANY work (the owner was clear on this); 2. $98.96 for replacing the capacitor --- labor only (part under warranty); 3. $50 wash condenser (but the tech didn't even inform me of this work). I felt a little bit bad on this company's billing practice.
