A great example--when I requested the permit around 5 PM the evening before installation, they sent it to me within minutes so I could have it posted in my window for HOA compliance. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes. Installation Crew: Installation day was truly impressive. The crew, led by Jerry (the foreman), arrived just before 9:30 AM. Jerry first asked where he could park to avoid inconveniencing us or our neighbors--a small but thoughtful gesture. I am also aware that the discount Casey is refusing to return to me is something that HAS NEVER been done in the past, when a customer cancels the service contract. So this is inaccurate that Casey cannot refund the remaining $76, I called last week and checked with them before I decided to cancel the agreement. I know that Casey is new to this position and he is unfamiliar with how previous transactions have been handled. I asked Casey why is he arguing with me about the $76 difference, he stated "I am not arguing with you". Okay if he wasn't arguing with me, then why is he not writing me a check for $76, because of the quote given to me by Alyssa? I sure hope that the $76 that Casey is refusing to give me is worth the loss of business. I let Casey know that my poor review would remain because HE REFUSES to return the amount that I was promised. A quote is a quote, so beware if you are quoted numbers in the future, you might want to get it in writing or either record the conversation. They do not honor verbal quotes! Thank you.
