We recently had a lot of issues with power outages and also had a new water heater installed, so we were in need of a new outlet and also wanted an interlock installed to hook our generator up to our panel. Chants asked a lot of good questions to make sure he would be able provide us with what we needed and sent us a quote. Then quote was competitive and we had a good impression, so we went forward and signed the quote. Chantz then purchased all the parts needed and let us know when he was able to do the install. At the arranged time, he was on time, friendly and professional and explained exactly what he would be doing. He then went to work. When he was done, the work was to our complete satisfaction and at the price he quoted. He explained how the interlock worked and made sure we understood. I had some issues with circuit breakers constantly tripping. I called a few electricians for quotes and they all gave really high quotes. Chantz reached out and told me that those particular breakers are known to have problems. He told me to call the manufacturer and get them replaced under warranty for free. I did that and I was sent 7 breakers for free! It was super easy and quick. Chantz came out and replaced all 7 breakers for only $150. He also shared a lot of electrical knowledge with me.
