Really wanted this to work but unfortunately it did not. Very nice therapist but always ran late and not just 10 minutes but upwards of 30.

Julie and her team came highly recommended and I'm so grateful I went... I initially saw her for an injury that was caused by wearing the wrong shoes ‍ or being over 40... it's a toss up. Then came perimenopause (yeah)--- But I digress... Julie listens like your best friend and treats you like a VIP. I can rattle off 17 different symptoms in 90 seconds (because... hormones), and she somehow knows exactly what to do. She's thoughtful, thorough, and has this calm, grounded energy that helps quiet my busy brain and reset my body. Whether it's emotional chaos or muscle tension, I leave feeling like a human again. The whole team here is wonderful, but Julie has been a game-changer for me. I've searched all over Oakland County and this place is the one. They just get it--women's health, pain, stress, all of it. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with hormone havoc, body aches, or just trying to feel more like themselves again. And if you're anything like me--running on coffee, adrenaline, and mild panic--go see Julie. She'll fix you up and make you laugh too!

I am still having back pain and didn't feel better after the session but I am hopeful my 2nd appt will provide relief. Most of the needles I didn't even fee upon insertion but there were a couple i did feel and it was not a pleasant feeling which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

He was very thorough and explained everything - answering all of my questions. I was having severe tightness in my lower back and hip joints. Two hours after leaving my session I could feel the release of pressure. I'd say about 75% better and will go back for one more appointment next week. The procedure itself was 100% painless and I plan to use his services for future ailments before even considering western pain medications.

There is a single session cost and a package that he recommended. I took the package with 14 sessions. I was always greeted friendly by the doctor. I was placed in a room and was told what was going to be done. Since I had nerve issues the pins were put into my shoulders arm and hands. I was left in a room and was checked on every 15 to 20 minutes. Each session lasted up to 45 minutes. I was told my sessions were exhausted. It went pretty quick. Did it help? Not too much for my tingling and numbness but it was worth a try. I was glad to have the experience of acupuncture but it may help more for pain. I would suggest giving it a try but make no guarantees but every case may be different.
