I am very dissatisfied with the service since I asked them expressly since I was not satisfied with my purchase, and I started to investigate and in Apple's conditions are that you can return it in 14 days even if you have started it. They (aggressively) required us to pay 90 percent of the money upfront and continued to ask for more as close to 4 days before goods were meant to be delivered. They have not delivered the goods and services as they have said they were going to, and have told us they will not do so. We are owed tens of thousands of pounds worth of appliances and countertops. LWK also failed to provide a fitter for the units they did supply. They took almost all our money, and have not met their obligations. We have spoken to their suppliers, and are told they have not advanced the money we gave LWK to the suppliers for them to be in a position to fulfil the order. We are left in a huge hole financially and with no kitchen for Christmas. Please do not work with this company

Still he did not call so I called the store and he had yet again forgotten to ask the manager but he said he was due in within the hour and he would speak to him and call me back. Several hours passed without a call so I called the store and the staff member said that unfortunately the manager would not refund me because there was nothing wrong with the phone and it was not their fault it did not work with fibre optic. After all the money I have spent in that store I would have expected a lot better service. They are nice to you when they want to sell you something but no help at all if anything goes wrong. I will never shop at any B&O again and could certainly not recommend them.

That's almost four hours late. Because of the delay, I had to extend my half-day off work into a full day. The lack of communication and repeated lateness is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When the cleaners finally arrived, they left the front door open for most of the job, in temperatures below 10 degrees. They also took a smoke break directly outside our front door. As a result, our entire ground floor now smells strongly of cigarettes. Even worse, our elderly neighbour with a lung condition came out to complain that the smoke had drifted into her home as well. On top of this, the carpets themselves have not been cleaned to a standard that justifies a four-hour delay and the disruption caused. We emailed the company to raise these concerns and request a refund before posting a review, but received no response at all. Being ignored after such poor service is unacceptable.
