The staff at Willow Lake Dental worked with me to get an appointment as soon as possible. Everyone has been so kind and has made me feel like I'm right at home. The nice thing about New Brighton Family Dentistry is that they offer a package for customers who don't have insurance, which I really appreciated. I think I saved an overall $200 dollars on my visit! During this visit the staff were amazing and so patient with me: the women to run the reception area, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth, the radiologist who took X-rays, and finally, Dr. Grayson! During that visit they ended up fining a cavity and wrote me up a treatment plan with all costs included. This was great because it helped me to plan in advance for the procedures. Dr. Grayson was very gentle when administering the novacaine and drilling on my teeth! Another thing that I liked was how they use a tooth colored filling! In addition, I've always been interested in getting Invisalign, and Dr. Grayson was willing to sit down with me and talk about ALL of my concerns. Overall, I love this clinic. I think that the staff are hospitable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. All of their pricing is clear and they impose no pressure on their patients to proceed with a treatment. I'm about to start my Invisalign treatment under the guidance of Dr. Grayson. I am confident that it will be a smooth process and that we will have positive outcomes all together! Not my actual dentist (pause, check name)…read more I am so in love with my Dental Center. 1) They have chocolate chip cookies and a fully stocked Keurig in the entry way 2) They offer paraffin wax hand treatments while you're getting your teeth taken care of 3) They offer nitrous oxide for your 4-year-old who refuses to get his teeth X-Rayed (those plastic X-Ray things do hurt) 4) They told me I have excellent teeth 5) I am in and out within 30 minutes I am so approving of dentists becoming competitive - you can tell this clinic is trying to keep its customers happy. I'm happy (but it could be the nitrous). I should also say that they have really great scheduling - I can usually get in within a week (if I'm flexible, or sometimes not), and they got my mom in when she had a broken tooth within a day (even though she hadn't previously been seen by their dentists).

She acted like she didn't have time for me, even though I had an appointment. There have been a couple of very unfriendly people at the front desk who act like they hate life and their jobs. Also, we have tranferred to another dentist after several years with this office, due to them telling us we could not make any more appointments because I had to reschedule a few due to school obligations, even though we gave notice. It's our fault we had to cancel, but their hours are limited and not very compatible with school or work hours.

A very friendly receptionist called me the next morning and I was given an appointment the following day. Their schedule is very flexible and I am grateful they were able to see me so quickly. I went in for a routine exam/cleaning and found I had two cavities. They were able to get them filled in that appointment and took scans for retainers so my teeth don't shift (sorry, mom, the dog ate mine from grade school). All in the same appointment! Every staff member I interacted with was warm and pleasant. Special shout out to Paige for her exceptional care and consideration. She was sure to explain everything that was happening or going to happen throughout the entire appointment. Truly a top notch dental assistant! Dr. Christoper Coulter was wonderful as well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and took special measures to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction during a dreaded process. Monika was the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and she also took special measures to ensure I understood what she was looking for and how the process was going to work. Overall, no one really enjoys going to the dentist, but this place is top notch. By far the best dental clinic I have ever been to. They have set a very high bar for standard of care from the receptionists to the doctors everyone was outstanding. 10/10!
