I paid the full hourly rate for both. they needed 2 fire detectors to be installed. I suggested one could pick up the detectors as he was serving no other purpose. instead when all other work was completed both where gone over an hour while I paid the hourly rate for both. I brought this issues to the owner. He failed to recognize a problem as this is standard procedure. if this is standard proceed I will look elsewhere in the future for another electrician.
