Lakes Region Tent & Event was great to work with. They were very helpful in our choice of tent size and dance floor. The price was very reasonable. The workers who came to set up the tent were very efficient and conscientious. They followed our instructions of where to put the tent and how we would like it set up. The installed the sides and the lights, and later came back to ensure that all of the bulbs worked in the lights. The tent was beautiful and our guests thought it was a perfect set-up for our party. When the crew came to take down the tent the cleaned it all up and took away everything leaving the area as it was before the party. Great job. You should definitely rent all of your wedding stuff from Lakes Region Tent! I got married a couple of weeks ago at Akwa Marina Yacht Club so we were outside on a lawn and had to rent EVERYTHING for the reception-tent, tables, chairs, linens, stage, dance floor, fans & lights. I was completely clueless but worked with Crystal and she was so helpful & responsive (even over the 4th of July holiday!) The guys agreed to set everything up on Thursday so we would have time to decorate beforehand and then they even came back on Friday when I decided I wanted a bigger dance floor! I cannot recommend Lakes Region highly enough! They provided all of the rentals for our rustic backyard wedding with 200+ guests in Bartlett, NH. They had beautiful chairs, tables, tents and linens for our event and turned our backyard into a beautiful wedding wonderland, even in the pouring rain! Dan came out to our property more than once to check measurements and make recommendations on the rentals and layout. He was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. Crystal organized all of our rentals and our several visits to their warehouse. She was absolutely incredible I couldn't have done it without her!! We had a wedding in October and rented plates, flatware and large propane heaters for our event. We finalized our order and paid in full prior to the event. The morning of the wedding we received a call that they mis-counted their heaters and were unable to bring us any heaters. The temp for the day was a low 40 degrees. We scattered to find a replacement heater, luckily our coordinator was able to find us some small electric heaters through a friend. However, it was still cold and did not work like a propane heater would have, our guests were in blankets while eating dinner and a handful left early because it was cold. Was very disappointing as a big part of vision was comfortable happy guests. We paid for open bar and tried our best to get the day extra special for our guests too. And unable to keep the warm was a huge disappointment. I would have paid double to ensure that we could have heated the space. read more

My husband and I rented the linens for our wedding from Lakes Region Tent & Event and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff worked with me to find the correct color, size, and number of linens and proactively provided us the option to save money by picking up and dropping off the linens at their warehouse. We were happy to find out they had burlap table runners (a must for our September rustic wedding) and that they were the most economical option in the area after shopping around to many rental vendors. After researching every rental company in NE, I decided to go with Lake's Region Tent & Event. Firstly, most companies were pretty comparable with their prices of tables, chairs, lights, etc. However, Lake's Region's actual tent cost was considerably lower than other companies. The second reason was Crystal. She was so easy to talk with, and immediately put me at ease. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and it's just so important to surround yourself with vendors who make the process easier. She was so kind and helpful, always quick to help make little changes and update the layout. They have great software to show you how the layout will look, which was a helpful visual. We were planning the wedding from out of state and she was happy to accommodate chatting on the phone, text/ email, all of the above! The tent itself was absolutely stunning. So many guests said "it feels like we're in a movie in here." We went with long tables, a dance floor, bistro lights, etc. We put up a couple trees inside the tent to spruce up the center poles and it looked stunning. We also spent a little extra on the wooden farm tables for our head table, which also looked beautiful. Overall, great company! Would highly recommend to others. Thank you thank you! read more

Lakes Region Tent & Event were great to work with overall! I worked primarily with Crystal & Anni. They were both professional, fun, and showed a lot of excitement in helping setup the day. Crystal & Anni went above & beyond with planning. They were so flexible with any changes & were great in helping me plan the layout. Everything went well! The only "bumps" were that they forgot one table at the venue that we paid for, and three of the tablecloths were the wrong size so the bottom of the table showed.
