The bread was a cut off end that was the size of a mini. The most expensive sub, also the smallest? So my wife called and complained. Secondly, their return policy is mind numbingly stupid. They messed up my sandwich, I have to drive it back (and then back to my house after) and you won't even reimburse me? They continue to mess up our order time after time and when we complained this time and drove back in to get the sandwich, the remade sandwich was so salty, it was inedible. Bunch of young kids running the store. Manager needs to be an adult and fix the system. I'm afraid we are done with this place after this last straw and they really don't seem to care when confronted and they certainly do not change.

The meat tasted bland, and I said light mayo and just look at the picture. Pretty disappointed as all the other locations I've been to (I mean, only 3 counting this one) I've had a positive experience. Obviously, anyone that's been to Jersey Mikes knows the prices are high so we should expect better. P.S. no I didn't complain and ask for a new sandwich so part of its my fault but I hate to waste food. I just picked out the peppers which ironically felt like 50% of the sandwich. I won't be back to this location considering a rival of there's is 1 minute walking distance away. 2* just because it was edible.
