He promised that the shades I would be getting would look exactly like the ones I have up. When BB installed them, I was appalled. There is a horrible string in the middle of them that I was never told would be there. It is cheap and looks horrible. I called them to see what we could do and they told me there is nothing. Then Aaron said that he told me the string would be there, which is not true. I would not work with Budget Blinds again. Cheyenne also stated that she would help me with this but did not.

Getting books of material was easy, and we exchanged them a few times before we got it right. The finished work was done before the date given, and my sofa is absolutely perfect. M.'s work is top quality, and her attention to detail was spot on. She also made some suggestions on firming up seat cushions, which made the sofa look and feel like it was brand new.
