They showed up when they pleased and went days with no communication about whether or not anyone would be coming. Mom never felt as if it was safe to go do errands, for fear she would miss them and they might never come back. After only about two months of "work"... The ceiling is not straight. The tub has marks in it that might have been caused by tools or could have been damaged after they installed it. The lights over the vanity have fallen out and damaged the vanity countertop. The toilet is not straight.

The work was scheduled for the following day. Again they were on time or a little early. They did the job and were out in record time. The 2nd was an outdoor painting project. This summer was busy for all painters so I was fortunate to get anyone at all. Big K promptly did the estimate and told me they would not be able to get to it immediately but would keep me informed. They did what they promised. The work was done well, the area was cleaned up, they checked to make sure I was satisfied. I told them after the first job that I hoped they would be my go-to company for work on our old house. We are looking forward to doing more business with them this winter.

Still, we started complaining within months about how it was spongy and soft and how the edges were uneven. We were told it would cost more money to fix it. Later, the deck began to buckle so you could even trip on it. This time, he avoided our phone calls, would not come out to look at it despite setting up three appointments. We waited and waited, wasting our time. Again, I have left numerous phone calls on his voice mail, and he does not respond. He has a great guarantee process - he just waits for you to give up.
