Mom never felt as if it was safe to go do errands, for fear she would miss them and they might never come back. After only about two months of "work"... The ceiling is not straight. The tub has marks in it that might have been caused by tools or could have been damaged after they installed it. The lights over the vanity have fallen out and damaged the vanity countertop. The toilet is not straight.

My parents had a back and front deck put in several years ago. Unfortunately, the decks were put in when it was snowing. Still, we started complaining within months about how it was spongy and soft and how the edges were uneven. We were told it would cost more money to fix it. Later, the deck began to buckle so you could even trip on it. This time, he avoided our phone calls, would not come out to look at it despite setting up three appointments. We waited and waited, wasting our time. Again, I have left numerous phone calls on his voice mail, and he does not respond. He has a great guarantee process - he just waits for you to give up.
