They were prompt to return my message, helped me with an estimate, and got me scheduled. Tom from Mr. Picky came out the next day to do the work. He had special equipment including scrubbing heads to do the job right. There was a pretty bad traffic trail that I was hoping would come out. It DID!! You can't even see a trace of it. There was black metal dust on the carpet and he got it all up(look closely at the pic). Plus, Tom used a deodorizing soap, so everything smelled nice and clean. Speaking of nice and clean, Tom was that way. He is a broad shouldered, polite young man, free of tattoos, non-smoking, well spoken. Someone I would introduce my daughters to!
