Normally there is a 15 minute grace period anywhere, but to my understanding, the grace period here is 10 minutes, getting through construction on the road was a task getting there. Standing in the office, I was marked a No Show. My time, my gas and health did not matter. There was litterally no other patients in this office lobby. The receptionist did not take the time to even go back to ask if I could be seen. I was just told No. I am appauled at the level of service from someone with the title of Family under its name. I would rather take my money and health somewhere that cares more about the patient than 4 minutes. The doctor would have seen me for 8 minutes, probably. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

My husband took my 10 year old here and when they got there, the MD told them if the tests did not…read moreshow what was wrong, they were going to admit my child to the hospital due to chest pain and elevated resting HR of 145. After waiting 4 hours, the tests showed nothing was wrong, but because the HR decreased to 115, they discharged my child home. When asked why they weren't sending my child to the hospital, the ER doctor said it was "probably just an internalized representation of anxiety". He also said my child's HR was NEVER FAR FROM NORMAL, even though it went as high as 145 at rest. And to top it all of, he concluded with saying it was not their job to find out what was wrong, they just have to "fix patients so they can return home and go to their own doctor". Nice. Well he did not "fix" anything; luckily my child's system just stabilized itself. It turns out my child's potassium was low due a medication and those particular symptoms can actually be very dangerous. But definitely no thanks to this place. My child's pediatrician ultimately caught the connection between previously prescribed medication, elevated HR, chest pain and low potassium.

She left no one to help her patients- not even a different doctor nearby! Prior to this, her Quest Diag person who draws blood in office could not find my vein and was very unprofessional. And I have not been happy with how dismissive she was of some blood work numbers, so overall I would not recommend.

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!
