She called it into the wrong pharmacy and I wasn't able to make it to that location bc of my work schedule. Have been calling for 6 weeks to have it called back in to the correct pharmacy, now not having meds for three months. and she refuses to do it and stating that she has to see me for another appointment before she will call my RX in. This is money hungry and not a good look for a doctor to not call in an RX for a long time patient.

When I asked where this supposed policy is written, they were unable to produce documentation. There was not another appointment available for months. He took off his shirt and she immediately said "Oh, that appears to be normal, lets just keep an eye on that. However, I saw a mole on your back that I want to remove today and send it off for testing" Thank you Dr. Greenberg for seeing that small spot on my husband's back that turned out to be CANCER. Her team was very professional and handled everything for us, referring us to MD Anderson and removing it all. I think the world of her!! She has a long waiting list but it is worth it.
