As of late, I have needed extra care from my primary doctor. I have seen different providers and spoke to different nurses . I can honestly say not one person has ever not listened or been dismissive. When calling in reference to my symptoms, the nurses listen carefully and get back to me so quickly. They used to be an amazing practice that I sent people to on the regular. After being a patient for over 12 years I was dropped after missing appointments, missing the appointments was due to my health issues. Not only did they drop me without contacting me but by doing so I no longer have my meds to that I require to live a decent quality of life. As my doctor they know very well that I require those meds. At the very least you could have contacted me, advised what was happening and got my refills done so I didn't suffer while looking for a new doctor to take care of my MANY MANY MANY health concerns. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

I called to make an appointment and they denied to make one and then dropped me as a patient after asking if that was the route they wanted to go and asked if I should find another place. They said that that was being too aggressive and that I was being threatening. read more

This place treats you like a number. I missed an appointment because of a misunderstanding and was treated like garbage as a result. The office manager Judy Scheuneman is incredibly rude and confrontational. She seems to actually enjoy being rude too- and then telling you if you don't like the way you're being treated you can leave. She interrupted me multiple times and also gave me unsolicited medical advice. (She's not a nurse, and to my knowledge has no medical background aside from being the office manager) I have spoken to multiple people that have had similar situations occur when dealing with Judy. A few months before this situation, I went in for an obvious ringworm rash on my arm. They confirmed it was ringworm and then gave me the wrong medication for it. When it still wouldn't go away I called my dermatologist who again confirmed it was ringworm. When I asked him why the medication I had been on for almost a month at that point wasn't working- he said well that is for yeast- I don't know why they would give you that for a fungal rash. So now I have a permanent scar on my arm due to their negligence. Being treated this way after being a patient there since high school (I'm 34 now and only had a few years off when living out of town) I can honesty say- I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. read more

They are open until 8 Monday through Thursday but charge a fee of a double copay for any apt after 5. So basically if you work ur being charged double, middle class forever being punished. Im finding a new primary care provider. UPDATE: I ended up changing my primary care provider to a young Dr. at WNY medical and couldn't be happier, not as nice of an office but the personnel and Dr. are kind,caring, and competent. I had an several Appointments and don't think I ever had a visit with an actual doctor. Doctors don't stick sound here either. I had an appointment in Feb. 2021, they scheduled an appointment for a physical in one month (without telling me), then "discontinued my care" a.k.a. will not see me anymore for missing one appointment? That should be criminal. If they aren't making money from frequent visits, you get the boot. Sounds very "caring", right? Skip this place, mean & rude associates who care more about generating revenue instead of caring for patients. read more

I've been going here for about 6 years, and they are wonderful. Dr. D'Angelo is an excellent physician. She is insightful, competent, thorough, and caring. She takes her time with answering your questions, and you never feel rushed, or dismissed. She's just brilliant. Highly recommended! read more

PREDIDATORY COPAYMENTS!!! Preventative care services for an annual visit doesn't have any copayment charges. The office charged me for a sick visit with the annual visit. So I was charged for the $25 copayment that I shouldn't have been charged because I was there for an annual visit. On top of that after my visit, I was still sick days later because Dr. Sheikh didn't give me the antibiotics I needed so the office robbed me another $25 copayment. I'm going to a new doctor since this isn't the first time they have done this. read more

My whole family goes here. My baby has been going Dr Cook since she was born. She was born early and I hadn't picked a doctor. They set me up and helped me get through a very difficult time. I feel Doctor Cook is always patient and takes the time to listen to my concerns (which as a new parent have been many). I liked them so much my husband and I started to go here as well. During our physicals they are always available to listen to our concerns and provide reasonable feedback. I never have any problems getting an appointment as they have many doctors on staff. read more

I am been a patient of Dr. Kristen Robillard for 20 years. I have always found her and the staff at Lakeshore Primary to be very competent, professional and respectful. When I came out at transgender, I received the same care and respect , I recieved before coming out as part of the LGBTQ community. They have always used my correct pronouns and never dead named me. Don't go to lakeshore primary in hamburg they just discharged my two children from pediatrics because I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask funny thing is I've been there multiple times during the covid without one and no one complained and I try to go to my sons four month appt and they won't let me take him in even with a drs note and we're so rude to me and so I left a message for the doctor to call me back because of the issue of having to miss my sons appt and instead of calling me back for three days she just put a note in the chart to discharge my kids and they finally just told me that after three days of trying to get ahold of the Dr and they just decided to tell me the doctor is no longer going to see my children nice of them to let us know read more

If I could give this a zero star, I would. The staff is rude and treats patients with bias. They are dismissive towards sexual orientations and people of the LGBTQ community. Such as a transgender woman being told they can not give her proper care. Not only that, but they are dismissive of patients with speech impediments such as a stutter. For example, the doctor told the patient, "stop talking" and "spit it out" when the patient attempted to explain his issues. I would not recommend using this practice as we have heard of many issues in the past. read more

I was a patient for 14 years! 14! I put up with their rude nurses and incompetent doctors because I was pretty healthy. I complained about my treatment one time and they dropped me as a patient! The office manager was ready to argue as soon as I called her! She needs to learn how to be professional because she is far from it! She is not the only rude nurse so she fits right in! I went in for a sick visit with Sara Burrigo. Biggest mistake of my life. Not only was she ill mannered in the room with me but before coming in I heard her say to the nurse" let's hurry this up I want to get Home and have a life too" in the room she criticized me and left. I was in the er the next day because of her lack of care and misdiagnosis. I contacted the manager and told her my concerns and that I wanted my copay back. She talked to the head dr where he did not see anything wrong with that dr or he lack of care I received. read more

The only thing anyone there cares about is the money from insurance companies. My father was in the hospital, ICU, for a week. Not once did his "primary care physicians "stop by to check on him. All we got was a phone call to schedule a follow up visit so they can milk his insurance a little more. read more
