Windermere's agent set an appointment with our agent to show our house. She set the appointment for…read more10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. I work out of my home, so I need to adjust my schedule accordingly to accommodate showings, which I fully understand. Wednesday comes, I leave the house (and my work) at 10:00 a.m. to make sure the realtor has the house ready if she shows up a little early. Windermere's agent NO SHOWS...and worse still, doesn't even reach out to my realtor to let him know she isn't coming. So we waited for over an hour for Windermere's agent and client...without the common courtesy of letting us know they changed their mind for whatever reason. A simple, short text..."Not Coming" would have been adequate. Instead, we weren't even given the slightest common courtesy of a response informing us the showing was off. Windermere and their agent are the most unprofessional, unethical realty firm I have ever experienced!
