We went to the Coeur d'Alene branch to get the account set up and the personal banker that helped us was absolutely phenomenal. She was super helpful did an excellent job of helping us get everything set up. I also was very stressed and rushed during the whole interaction and she did a great job dealing with me and still making sure that everything got done. Her name is Katherine Caldwell and she was absolutely awesome. Everybody else who's helped us at this branch has also been super helpful and thoughtful. We've had a great experience every time we've been in. Just be aware this location is not open on Saturdays.

I have been at Wells Fargo for years. Maybe 2 decades. The…read moreladies at the Appleway branch are great. I am older and a bit scatter brained. I misplace things and have to put a hold on my account until I find my purse or card and they help. One kinda rolled her eyes and was not gracious but by n large they have been efficient and helpful. I noticed atvthe website they are sneakn in a charge to do debits if u do less than 8 a mo. I need to find out how much. I willn stop using that debit card if it,s over a buck. Since C.D.s have gotten a interest rate high enough to bother with I wish I had known. I just learned about them last Summer. My savings, 10 thou, just sat in my acnt making zip after Cap One investing folded. The bank should send u info on what they offer that your savings could go into. I asked in the Kellogg branch and the desk banker said ,no, they had no interest bearing vehicles.
