Justin came out and his bid was just over 3 grand with oversized gutters (I have metal roof and steep pitch so we needed larger gutters) with leaf guard covers. We live in the north woods of WI so leaves are everywhere but not in my gutters. He is meticulously in his install and his work with the customer. He actually fit in my install on a Sunday because he was doing another install up here. Once done he cleaned up any metal chards and any other debris he made. We both checked out his work and all was great. He did the work last summer and this past winter everything held up perfectly.

Steve the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about product options. We settled upon a gutter style, color and gutter cap system and an intall date was scheduled in December. Again, they delivered as promised. However, due to my own oversight, I failed to communicate specifics as to how I wanted a particular downspout installed. No Problem! Steve dispatched the crew back to install the downspout per my liking - at No Charge! Can't say enough positive about this company!! What a JOKE this outfit is!! That's just for starters. They don't come, and they don't come and they don't come. I'm calling and calling to see when they're coming and finally, when someone does show up, it's NOT Brincks Exteriors; it's Larry, Moe and Curley Joe from some slipshod roofing company they've sublet my job to; without ever telling me. They took an iron railing down to start (without marking the sequence they had to be put back up), and a separate company had to be brought in to do that job, and finally did that at the end of this whole scenario, about 2 months from the start. The estimate I paid for was supposed to replace all the plywood on the 14' x 18' surface, and they only replaced about 5 or 6 sheets, if that. During the whole comedy routine, they poked a hole through the sheetrock down into my bedroom, which is below this porch. L, M & CJ Roofing offered to fix it, free of charge, but at this point, after all the hassle, I just wanted the job finished and them off my property. They used a very thin rubber roofing product (.002 or something like that) for a surface that is used for porch furniture and foot traffic, when it should've been a thicker, more suitable surface in order to last. These guys are general contractors; they didn't come and do any of the work - had I known how that was going to go, I never would've hired them!! Beware!

We now have a well sealed brown steel garage door. . It looks good and it works much better than the antique that was replaced. We paid with cash. The job was $50 less than we had been expecting. The only glitch was that the t-handle and accompanying locking mechanism were back ordered; and weren't installed on the day. Josh promised to be back as soon as he got the parts. Seeing that we had paid cash, there was a moment of doubt. But, as promised Josh came by, in a couple of days, and finished the job with a final installation of the missing parts. Bottom line....we were very pleased with he service and price. The installer was a super nice guy. Our garage now looks great. The chipmunks can't chew through a metal door. We are happy campers. Their's was among the lower costs among the three quotes I obtained (I picked them based on both cost and reputation). I plan to use them for a future roof replacement.
