Every job is sub contracted out. When we called to complain we were lied to time after time. Roofers damage things. They did a lousy job of sealing and when we would call -our calls were ignored or Joe would act stupid and ask us for our address. Really you were only here 8 or 9 times. He said "we could be there 15 minutes and it'll still cost $400, some people don't understand that." He was not very nice at all. He even went to say that if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. All I did was ask for an estimate. His demeanor on the phone was very poor. That is not the way to earn my business. I will be going elsewhere. He shouldn't be taking his frustrations out on potential customers. I recommend anyone considering this business to go elsewhere.

A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! Ryan tells me he will order my supplies and my house is on the schedule for august. I again go to his office on august 4 ( he doesn't answer any of my texts or phone calls) Ryan tells me that he hasn't ordered any of the supplies for my house, and he doesn't know when they are able to get to get the supplies or to start the job, but it would not be during august. I asked for a refund of my deposit. This contractor had my deposit for 4 months, and NEVER did anything, but cause me aggravation. Time to look for a new contractor.
