The office is very clean and smells great when you walk in. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Sadly my insurance company totaled my vehicle. They were amazing with helping me get my personal items (and even helped me) get them out of my vehicle. I highly recommend for your collision and body shop needs. It also says something when you're sitting there watching every other customer that comes through there chatting with the owner or manager like they've known each other forever. The third party payment my company uses is a hassle for them but they act as if it's no bother and cheerfully stay on the phone for 5-10 min handling the process professionally.

I ordered with him around noon Thursday, he had my glass overnighted and installed first thing Friday morning & we were still able to leave by 10 am as planned! Also, the guy who did the actual work replacing my windshield was very precise about his job and walked out to show me the new windshield and explain the taping etc. All around these guys saved the day

No call and no show . I called that afternoon and the office manager said that the glass didn't come in. Ok...supply chain issues ..I get it . Reschedule for two weeks later and she called to confirm the week before . I was the first stop of the day. Around 1030 that morning I hadn't seen or heard from them so I called . They had something come up and hadn't left the shop yet but would be leaving soon . Ok...a call would have been nice to let the customer know. I canceled the order and will not be using this business again .

quality of work was performed poorly. vehicle was a brand new 2024 jeep compass. took over an hour…read moreand a half to complete it the first time. as soon as it rolled out of the shop I opened the back hatch to find multiple bubbles, scratches, and the bottom corners of the tint not sticking and peeling off. looked a little harder and found a cut in the drivers door tint also. asked to have the back window removed and replaced and was met with an attitude but they reluctantly pulled it off and restarted it, told them about the front window and they brushed it off like it was normal to have a cut in the tint. I the. called the owner and attempted to explain this to him but was met with extreme hostility as he started yelling that his son knows what he's doing and i can have my money back and they can rip the tint off. he also told me that the tint on the back glass was "supposed to peel". obviously after now waiting two hours for this to be complete I was given the option for them to fix it once again. still waiting after the two hour mark to get my vehicle and see if it's done correctly. this is my third vehicle being done with this company and the 2nd one that has been messed up. not the mention the conversation with the owner defending his son (of course) and his sons work, I find it extremely unprofessional to be okay with a almost 300 tint job that is clearly done incorrectly and being rude, cussing and yelling in the phone at the paying customer. after 3 vehicles in one year and two of them being done incorrectly, (my stupidity I know) they will never have to worry about getting my business again.

Not only did Matt Perkins skillfully and expertly resolve our problem he also extended southern hospitality to help us get our camping accommodations and food quickly. This was very welcome after many miles of being on the Natchez Trace and being tired, hot and hungry. Matt is warm, friendly and helpful and excited to hear about your adventures. The pricing is fair the selection is adequate the service is excellent. I would recommend this bike shop to my fellow bicyclist friends. Some great food at the Pig Out Inn and camping across the river in Vidalia. If on a bike take the southern expanse for the wide shoulder. Watch for glass and debris. Riverview RV Just to the left.
