Nicest group of guys you could ask for. I won't take my business anywhere else. It also says something when you're sitting there watching every other customer that comes through there chatting with the owner or manager like they've known each other forever. The third party payment my company uses is a hassle for them but they act as if it's no bother and cheerfully stay on the phone for 5-10 min handling the process professionally.

quality of work was performed poorly. vehicle was a brand new 2024 jeep compass. took over an hour…read moreand a half to complete it the first time. as soon as it rolled out of the shop I opened the back hatch to find multiple bubbles, scratches, and the bottom corners of the tint not sticking and peeling off. looked a little harder and found a cut in the drivers door tint also. asked to have the back window removed and replaced and was met with an attitude but they reluctantly pulled it off and restarted it, told them about the front window and they brushed it off like it was normal to have a cut in the tint. I the. called the owner and attempted to explain this to him but was met with extreme hostility as he started yelling that his son knows what he's doing and i can have my money back and they can rip the tint off. he also told me that the tint on the back glass was "supposed to peel". obviously after now waiting two hours for this to be complete I was given the option for them to fix it once again. still waiting after the two hour mark to get my vehicle and see if it's done correctly. this is my third vehicle being done with this company and the 2nd one that has been messed up. not the mention the conversation with the owner defending his son (of course) and his sons work, I find it extremely unprofessional to be okay with a almost 300 tint job that is clearly done incorrectly and being rude, cussing and yelling in the phone at the paying customer. after 3 vehicles in one year and two of them being done incorrectly, (my stupidity I know) they will never have to worry about getting my business again.

I have been a customer here for 30 years, I have bought…read morevehicles from them, and then I bring my van in because of vibrations - They give me 2 quotes one for tires and one for front hub repacking - which I know is not the problem as the vibration is definitely from the rear. I ask to take my van to a tire place next door They want $105 for a diagnostic fee - seems pricy to tell me I need 2 tires. I wanted a second opinion - I wanted to take my van to the tire place I normally buy tires from - (The price is less important than knowing I'm getting a quality tire). They did give me my van back - I have not paid the $105 fee - but I am very unhappy with their attitude. I put on 2 tires at Arthur's and the problem was solved ... I think I will give them the $105 and never go back They have lost me as a customer. They did turn down my $105 when I went back to inform them I was no longer a customer and I would never be back.

I ordered with him around noon Thursday, he had my glass overnighted and installed first thing Friday morning & we were still able to leave by 10 am as planned! Also, the guy who did the actual work replacing my windshield was very precise about his job and walked out to show me the new windshield and explain the taping etc. All around these guys saved the day

Very disappointed in this local business. I needed a windshield and this company was scheduled…read morethrough my insurance. Ordered glass and setup a date for them to come out and change it . No call and no show . I called that afternoon and the office manager said that the glass didn't come in. Ok...supply chain issues ..I get it . Reschedule for two weeks later and she called to confirm the week before . I was the first stop of the day. Around 1030 that morning I hadn't seen or heard from them so I called . They had something come up and hadn't left the shop yet but would be leaving soon . Ok...a call would have been nice to let the customer know. I canceled the order and will not be using this business again .

For $13, I'll probably start washing my own lil car, as I used to do. When they opened, the Good $10 Wash was $5 on Tuesdays.... The charming young lady at the gate is very helpful taking payment and explaining the different levels.
